Internship opportunity Groups & Incentives

Who we are looking for?

A proactive, dynamic, open minded & creative trainee for our Groups & Incentives department. Tasks will include assisting in events organization, social media, website management, assistance on other departments and office management tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum availability for at least 5 months

• Availability for 3-5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 10:00 till 18:30)

• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Spanish language, verbal and written

• Flexibility

• Organisation skills

• MS office & social media skills

• Current Bachelor student in Communication, Public Relations, Office Management, Event Organization, Tourism & Management or related

• EU citizenship

• Affection with tourism and sports sector

What do we offer?

• Fulltime internship of a minimum of 5 months in Barcelona, Spain

• Light lunch, soft drinks, coffee/tea and water during working days (Monday-Friday)

• Own working space with computer, phone and all necessary office material

• Monthly compensation of € 200 - € 400 gross per month, depending on the availability of student

• Assistance in finding accommodation, administrative procedures (if desired)

• Social Security assistance
